isn't mike h's speed like a 77 or something though, if you don't user him i figure wr's would run right by him in coverage

ive been using the 3-4 all year with the boys and havent had much luck. im going to LAB the 46, any suggestions on plays out of that formation? i have never once used it so it will be starting over for me
