Cowboys Depth Chart Set-Up!!!

Hey guys i just started recently running with the Boys and i was wondering what i should do with their depth chart.

I mostly wanna know how to make their D as best as possible, thanks guys.

hey, i use dallas everygame, this is what i run with
qb: romo
hb: barber, felix for tosses, sweeps, power runs to the outside
fb: anderson
wr: rw, austin, crayton in the slot, olgetree for my 4th wr, hurd
te: witten, bennett
ol: the usual guys no changes
le: spears: i sub butler for my 46 bear package
re: igor, i sub octavien for my 46 bear package
dt: ratliff, hatcher
lolb: spencer, butler
mlb: james, brooking, williams for speed otherwise bobby
rolb: ware, octavien
cb: newman, jenkins, scandrick, rossum, ball
fs:k hamlin
ss:i mix b/t sensabaugh n watkins, i prefer watkins, better speed and height advantage
k: folk, if fg more then 31 yards use buelher, he can hit up to 56 np, if u have a lot of wind w, u he can get a couple yds more
p: mcbriar
kr: felix, i have gotten 7 td's in past 3 games w/ him, and rossum for second returner
pr: felix
kos: mcbriar, 99 kpwr
3drb: felix

most of the depth chart is the same, only a few changes, mostly my changes will be speed subs. I use the 46 bear as my main package, it works great with dallas, I user hamlin and play center field. I just made the switch to this d, I have not lost the past 5 games since i started with it, has good nanos and i get about 4-5 takeaways a game with it. hope this helps, if u have any questions or need help with plays, just send me a message, ill be glad to help or lab w/ u

YOu sure Watkins instead of Sensenbaugh?

ya i keep roy as my #1, austin as 2, since usually the 2nd cb, is worse on the opposing team. RW also makes some crazy catches in traffic for me, so i use him as my one. I flip them around in some packages for outs and corner routes to utilize austin's speed. I use senseabaugh in my 46 bear since he is closer to the line, if u user ss, def go with watkins he is like 6'5 and faster. If not its ur call, all personal preference, senseabaugh is better against the run for sure, and tackling, so its up to you, idk ur defensive style.

i would stick with the 46, 46bear has been kickin ass for me, great blitzes and the cover 3 works really well

The WR chart should go like this.
roy (has better Catching then asutin), austic, crayton, Witten(For formations without TE so he can still be in there), than hurd.

For LE,RE I have spencer / Ware.
For replacements I use octavien / bobby carpenter or any other LB that arent to low on overall or spd.
CB's stay same.

I put watkins at FS so I can user with him whole game and Hamlin @ SS because that he truly is and should be in this game.

That's my setup. It's won me a lot of games. Hope you like it.

this is how i used to run. Just curious if you have tried barber as your rb. I had never started him at rb only fb until about two weeks ago. I have not run for less the 100 yards with barber since he has been the starter, and felix still gets good yards for me as well.

he has really good speed, but he is like a 57 overall if i remember correctly, i think that his awareness and play recognition would be a prob, if you don't user him, imo. If your gonna put diff. ppl on the line, i would use spencer in place of spears and leave dware as ur lb.

Anyways...

I have used the boys for around 180 games, I probably used 5 other teams once... Cowboys fan for life so it's hard to use other teams.

QB: Homo

RB: Barber for the big heavy duty runs - Jones for the tosses, stretch... i use both for screens, I usually prefer Barber for screens, I've seen Jones drop a easy screen pass while Barber never has

WR: Williams - quick dump offs, I usually never go beyond 15 yrd passes with him. Austin - screens, deep posts, slants - FUCKIN MONEY - Crayton and Ogletree and SOMETIMES Felix Jones for a deep post

TE: Witten and Bennett are firepower. Holy s*** I am impressed with Bennett in this game, great catching TE. Run a 2 TE set and one of them will be open sometime and wont let you down.

OL: Same

DL: I put Spencer in for Olshansky at the end, move Olshansky to nose tackle and leave Ratliff at the other end.

LBs: Ware LOLB - Put him in middle LB for some heat sometimes - Brooking MLB - Williams ROLB - with James and Octavian in some plays with 4+ LBs

CBs: Same

SS/FS: Hamlin FOR SURE - Watkins in for Sensabaugh - I do better work usering Watkins

FG: Buehler - Done 63 yarders like cake

KOS: McBriar - Endzone run backs everytime

KR: Jones - only Hester and CJ are more deadly

PR: Jones

Pretty similar to everyone else, I may try Ware as a lineman though.

i prefer Ken Hamlin @ SS and Usering the FS Position.

Ken Hamlin @ SS is nasty and Nobody I play ever runs to the right when hes in the box, I prefer to have Michael Hamlin @ FS to confuse (but i also user him at times).

2 Hamlin's in the Safety positions can definitely do damage if your opponent doesn't know the numbers or whatever
