| I've not been very successful on these as of late and I have Chris Johnson along with a great O-line so I must be doing something wrong. Any advice? Thanks in advance. | |

| How much speed does he have? When I toss or pitch I normally don't do any slide protections. I do notice when I switch between Forte(Bears) and Knowshown(Broncos), I have that same trouble as well. I just think pitches and tosses work better with a speed back. Knowshow seems to do really well at the pitches and tosses. With Forte I always seem to get caught when going around the corner. I may get a couple of yards on average, but normally I just plow up the middle with him and then throw in a couple of tosses to the left or right to keep my opponent off guard. I use the Broncos PB when playing with both teams. Back to main question though, I typically do not do anything (as far as slide protection) when running a pitch or toss play. I can only go off what has worked for me, but I have seen alot of people say the same thing. When I am running up the middle I use agressive. I will slide to the left or right (opposite direction I am running) if I run a play where it has me running to the left or righ of the center. I guess some will think differently, but that is what has worked for me. Too bad you are not on xbox360 or I would hit you up for a game. Hope it works out for you. Take care! | |

| na movin ur line def makes a big difference. its not like last year n madden wher u would move ur line to the opposite of the way tht u r runnin. this year if ur goin left an switch ur line to block left u will notice tht u hve more blockers out n front of u. and dnt always look to go outside sometimes if u see a seem take it and it is jus as good as goin outside sometimes. this works real well 4 me | |

| i usually slide it to the side im running too however if they show a lot of heat coming from the middle if u dont slide down or pinch the line then sometimes they run right through and sack u before u toss the ball | |

| I usually slide them towards the run but that has not been working all that well. I'm guessing a lot of people are DE containing. | |

| Tosses I always slide to the side of the toss and for runs down the mid I go aggressive.
I've started using titans and CJ + VY = win. | |

| Ummm i figured out that, if they are DE containing, slide protect aggressive and run RIGHT at the DE, like where he was pre-snap and they should be a nice hole there seeing as he moved outside on contain. But if they aren't just slide protect to the side you are running too. | |
