| when you run a zone with a 46 defense how do you stop the middle of the field? | |

| User your LB/SS. If you go to the Nickel Normal theres a play called Velcro 9. Its a good D. But you usually have to play the middle of the field yourself and read the Receivers and the Field to see where your opponent is gonna throw. | |

I noticed the Velcro 9 will not stop the deep middle post routes. I got killed with that s***, kind of talked about it in my latest post. | |

Yea it does but i play with my safety and ill stay back there. Im more worried bout the Flat the your DE has. I like to run with fast teams wit DE's. So that helps. | |
