The Empty Y-Flex formation in the Houston playbook is better than the New Orleans 5 wide set in my opinion. The Vertical Y Shake play is a great play to get your TE involved. It's especially useful in the 2 minute offense late in the game when you need a score. Vernon Davis is very difficult to stop on that particular play, but the entire formation is great.
