imagine how big of a story that would be... Saints vs Chargers. Brees vs Rivers. Prolific pass offense vs Prolific pass offense.
until the past month it seemed pretty clear cut that the saints and vikings were favorites... but now i cant put a finger on to who is going to the NFC championship game. i think all NFC teams have a good chance... except for the Cards.
in the AFC i still think it will come down to the Colts and Chargers... the Bengals arent looking so hot and now ochocinco and Mauluga are both hurt... the Patriots just lost Welker for the year and Brady got hurt in yesterday's game... Ravens have not been consistant all year and need to play a lot more disciplined then that game 2 weeks ago... and the Jets, although having the number 1 defense, are led by a rookie QB... how long do you think he will last in the playoffs?
Colts lost with reserves, so to think they have fallen is uncalled for. Chargers won their last game against washington with 2nd and 3rd string players... wow! Chargers also seem to have the colts number, defeating them in the playoffs for the past 2 years.
if i had to guess as to possible matchups it would be any combination of these...
Colts / Chargers VS. Vikings / Cowboys / Eagles
if i had to pick the superbowl teams right now it would be Chargers vs. Vikings
