need help from fellow users on PB selection I'm in trouble

Alright i use the Packers but sometimes Cowboys just too many ppl using them right now but i am fire on offense i just cannot figure out some defense i got most basics down but besides nanos and fag d's based on a stock PB what would be the best way for me to go on this tired of being in shootouts my biggest problem is in pass defense i just need to know the best way to go with these teams i dont really got a clue i am just a fellow member needing some help any help would be appreciated thank you.
