Those are the 2-key areas of the game when playing user control and if you don't have them mastered, especially in the secondary and you try to user control, your in for along game.

Yes play calling Is a crucial part and If you have that mastered along w/ user control, you'll give any madden elite player a tuff game because you'll be an elite player yourself.

Yea, I have to make more changes at the line given what the defense is giving you specially while facing a 3-4 defense which is my biggest weakness offensively.

I suck at user catching.

I use the MLB a lot and once the ball is thrown I always switch to one of the players guarding a wr.

User Skills help a lot, but so does luck for other players.

if the opponent i am playing passes majority of the time i like to come out in quarters de contain. then pinch and crash dline. then manually move two safeties about 10-15 yards furthur back then where they originally line up. this stops the short passes and long while still bringing the nano blitz up the middle. it works well. but PRACTICE is the best thing you can do. if you ever want to lab on madden 08 send me a pm.

It really takes knowing main plays fully. Ex. I know WR out of the Form perfectly where i know how they will comeback and how it works against any possible defense. You need to have some plays that really work for you in you arsenal. Also dont just use a team cause they have good people. Ex.The Patriots. And please know what team your using dont send a slow wider reciver deep thats short. Also try not to be obvious in your move. Overall pratice your gameplan.
