Standard user skills

Hey i hear people talking about user skills. can u guys tell me what they are and how i get better at user picks etc. I always use the Chargers. So thx if u contribute.

P.S. i play on the 360

just keep using your FS ... stick skills come in time... more u play games the better u become... just try to make plays with ur FS....

i tried user-ing my FS but seem to burn myself.....so i use my D-Lineman to add pressure and switch at the moment my opponent passes the ball,using my peripheal vision to scan the field.......man imma need a lot more games to quit losing close ones to bumz!!!!

I use my MLB and if its a pass I play my assignment and if its a run i got light the ball carrier up.. Seems to work quite well for me.
