New Rule: Winner records game stats

Because a lot of people have been slacking, we have ruled that the winner of each league game will be REQUIRED to enter the game stats in to leaguedaddy. Player stats will still be optional at the discretion of each owner.

Game stats have always been mandatory, but now it is only the responsibility of the winner to record them. If the game freezes, or disconnects, the player that is still in the game will be asked to record the stats whether they are winning or losing.
