Apparently this was run in the Dallas tournament a lot. Quite a shame. Remember, don't ever glitch unless it is in self-defense..... yes, just like Karate.

1) Use a shotgun PA Pass
2) Block the RBs

You can set a Gun PA Pass as an audible and then come out in full house and then audible up so that you have your FBs blocking, but there will be a lane every time no matter what. As soon as you hike it just look for the biggest hole and take off running for it. You can set your WRs to streaks to keep the CBs away, or slants to use them as blockers once you cross the LOS.

Even if the opponent stacks the box you have the option to throw, so you can still be comfortable running this play.

the first thing i thought was nano the middle... but remember, its a shotgun pass.

it gets good blocking from it being Play Action. i think the best option in defending it would be to play cover 1 or a variation of cover 1.

It works better if you come out in snugs and send your WR's on slants to the middle of the field and hot route your HB to a streak route. Once you pass the line of scrimmage, your WR's and HB create a "tunnel" for you to run through. If they run man defense, bust it to the outside.

This thing is ridiculous.

Funny thing is, this has been in the game for the longest time. But imo, I think it's effectiveness is at an all time high due to the game speed and mechanics.

I find myself having to dedicate way too much of the defense to even contain it, and with a passing scheme, it's extra nice.

How is MS going about this in regards to the different online franchises, MG, gauntlets, CrewVCrew, etc.?

no glitching in MS games, no matter what type it is. MG is different becuase you guys set the rules.

What up Ruth.

But no I hear ya. What I meant was how about are you going to restrict it? I think it's pretty easy to tell when it's done. But will you be not allowing changing the assignment of a RB on play action? Some people have been doing that for years though, so will we not allow scrambling with a QB if you change assignments? Do they wait a second? Stuff like that.

Just curious on others' insight on this thing, because from what I'm reading in the madden community, it's this week's hot topic of the week, lol.

yeah im not sure how to restrict it, it hasn't been abused on here... yet.

it seems like something that would be hard to prohibit, because there is nothing wrong with scrambling with a QB, i guess the PA part is the part that matters. so if we were going to make a rule against it, i guess the rule would be 'no hot routing RBs on PA just to scramble immediately', but we'll see what happens.

i think i got it.. but it really just takes away any blitz thrown at u.. they blitz the same hole as usual and just run right by the QB.. i guess only a gap pressure might b able to stop it..
