Kick Return Help

so far online i have only returned 2 kicks 4 a td...and im using the eagles and desean jackson is a beast at returning he shuld have more....can anybody help

I take 1 home almost every other game I use the broncos and I use the 2 man return I have baily and royal returning 4 me I jus go the the middle and kick 2 the outside works for me its easyer 2 return kick in dis years madden I think

yea taking kick back is easier this year, but you just need to fint the holes

I agree, I think its a little easier to take kicks back this year. I play with the eagles and use Jackson to return. I always pick middle return. That way if they kick it to either side you still have your blockers. If I get the ball on either side of the field I can usually at least get to the 50 if I don't take it to the house.

You should not sprint straight away, jog torwards the middle then if you see a hole, hit it with turbo but if there is no hole, then just sprint outside.

yeah save the turbo until the defenders get closer and than explode through the holes

I do return middle and when i get the ball i run to about the 15 an cut back inside to the middle around the 20 and run to the 35 an spin outside and there shouldnt be that many ppl there so i jus sprint an juke the remaining 5 or less players

really, part of it is just luck. you can have the same exact blocking at the same exact spot where the kick goes w/ the same returner, one time you'll get to the 25, the other you'll take it for a touchdown. there is some skill involved, but part of it is a little chance.

its redonkulous how easy running back kickoffs for tds is this year, it seems like the coverage team doesnt play their lanes very well

LOL, yeah i had one of my tacklers run along side the runner for like 15 yrds just b4 diving at thin air. and as far as returning goes... "Slow to, Quick through" look it up.

use ur vision to get into the endzone for kicks

scan the field and run to the weakest side
ex.

left side has 5 defenders trying to take u down
2 have fallen from your defenders helping u get into the endzone
u run in that direction n dont forget to use the spin move

that combo = big yards/td

Same for me too. I use Philly and in my last three games I've ran 5 back. It almost seems to easy, but hey i'll take the points, especially since my o has struggled the last few games.

I think this year's madden is mostly about how elusive ur returners are, and not just speed. My KR speed is 88 but it's unbelievable how many i run back. Just hit the gaps, dont do nothing fancy, anticipate the openings and explode in. Quick turns work alot better than jukes and spins for me.

yeah, i've noticed that you should put in guys who have 99 RET ratings, not just the fastest guys on your team. this year, they made the return rating actually worth something.

yea u guys thanks 4 the help after reading this j had 2 kickoffs returned 4 a td...and a missed field goal(but thats the easiest kick 2 return because the kicking team nobody is even close to catch dj lols)

YEA SAME HERE, FIND IT PRETTY EASY TAKE KICK-OFFS BACK TO THE HOUSE. IM USING THE CHARGERS, SPROLES RETURNING I TAKE IT INSIDE THEN BAM TAKE IT OUT-SIDE GONE, HAVE ONE ABOUT EVERYOTHER GAME.

the way to prevent people from running it back on you is to play it safe. people like to take guys and run towards the returner. if you do this, you are leaving your lane and creating a space for the returner to go to. stay in your lane, and weave your way towards the returner.
