really, anything out of the 46 bear formation can be a nano. all you need to do is:

  1. Re-blitz the 3 inside linemen (above the LT, C & RT).
  2. Take the defender of your choice, place in-between two members of your D-Line and re-blitz.
Should get relatively quick pressure.Not the best, i know, but not bad.
