i see alot of people where all they do is use the highlight stick but personally i use the stiff arm because you dont lose all your momentum as u do when using the highlight stick. much more effective in my opinion.

if u go foward u dont lose momentum but it all depends where i am when i get to the side line and break lose and i see someone coming to my side then i use a stiff arm but alot of times i just truck over people

It depends on the kind of Rb. If you use a Steven Jackson or Larry Johnson you wont lose that much momentum using highlight stick. If you use a Brian Westbrook or LT type runner stiff arm will work better.

Well I'm saying he's not as powerful so he will do more of a shifty move when he is used with highlight stick.

I use da Rams because they have fast CB, a strong running game and a good passing game. Chiefs got NO passing game online and they have slow cbs.
