Delayed Bump and Run

How do you delay bump and run with a spread line,cause if you coverage audible right and then coverage audible down,and then flip the play twice you have to spread your line again and that negates the bump right?And whats the difference between coming out in a zone play and audible to a Man or flip the play twice,Whats the difference in the bump?
