what is the best way to get pressure on the qb but is still an effective defence

3-4 trio sky zone

but the swings to the rbs are always wide open and i get burnt

For outside pressure Just use the chargers and send Merriman to blitz, he is just so unreal its annoying, NE is also is nasty in the 2-4-5 Nickel D where both LB are lined up at DE ,Vrabel is insane. For Dline Pressure I'd say Colts then Giants.

The panthers also get nice pressure up front with peppers and rucker

the best way is to use cover 1 man defenses or zone blitzes where you play-maker the defenders into where you need them

so for example

4-3 Normal Cover 1 Flipped
Blitz the MLB

if you are gettting burnt in the flats with trio sky zone put a lb or safety in the flats

i use 4-3 cover 2

spread the d-lineman
flare kline out and bump and run and make safety play out and move ss in 3 yards and down 1
