He's getting much better by every game.

i personally think hes getting up to be one of the better qb's in the game right now.

yesterday although we lost a heartbraker in which we got no breaks he threw for
31 completions
3 touchdowns
0 int
400 yards

and ran for 62 yards.

How do you guys think hes doing. hes getting the job one passing and will take off running for 20 yards if the opning is their.

one of the announcers said today that its the last year of his contract. i can see him getting a few decent offers but he'll end up backing up brady.

ya his stats looked pretty good but when watching the game you can still see that he isn't even half of brady. He had moss wide open and couldn't hit him.
He still has a lot to learn, but yes he is getting a lot better really fast.

He is not so bad... But he is also not so good. He is all dink and donk. He has no passes on the season of over 20 yards or longer. He can only complete the short pass which hinders the Pats strength.

Not saying he sucks, but he is definitley not one of the better QB's. He is improving tho. Joe Flaco over him anyday.

the deep passes will come with time. one of his first passes of the year was a 50 yard completion.

he will never be what brady was but hes doing an alright job.

sam cassel is sick now but hes missing da bomb he gotta always throw 2 moss but i think it will come very soon dey need 2 practice dat alot cuz moss is a monster

y stick around and back up he could get a startin gig somewhere like SF where they got no QB or somewhere like that

without a guarentee that brady will be back next year i would hope to see him in a pats uniform. Sanfran and any other team looking for a QB don't have the receivers cassel needs at the moment to have success.

I guess Casssel will do for this year who knows he might be a blessing in disguise. Like how Tom Brady was picked in the 6th Round and now he is a stud so maybe Matt Could learn how to play the game as well as Brady and then NE might have a playoff apperarence

I could QB the Patriots. Great O-Line, 2 pro bowl receivers, a good TE, and a great coach.

belichick is a great coach.. ppl said he was crazy when he put brady in... remember brady came in to the league like cassel did.. replacing a great that got injured..
if belichick shops brady (he'll see if he can get 2 1st rounders at least) and keeps cassel for that matter if he gets what he wants for brady. Brady doesnt seem like a system QB but we havent seen him on a team were he doesnt run the SG like in NE.. Cassel is def a system QB.. stick him in SF or any other bad team... he wont be remembered at all..

brady is the qb next year! No way he gets traded! Cassel will be startin somewhere else next year, I cant wait for next year.. TFB will come back healthy and reak havoc on the nfl!
