BLitz from any 4-3 normal play

Pick any 4-3 normal play pinch and crash line and spread LB's,
blitz LBs this give u a good run stopper if u need it quick or u could
mix it up with some good zone

that leave the middle of the field wide open though no?

This stops the inside run since the Dline are all in the middle and there are 2 LBs in or near the middle. This works great is you have 2 good OLB because the OLB are responsible for the outside plays. If you have an avergae OLB, dont do this.

yea the mid is open for a pass not a run and i use the broncoes pats or
jags and it always stuffs the run for me agian i said only do it
if are almost positve they are running or just man up the Backs with
the recievers and it a good pass rush

It will be wide open since your blitzing all LB's... all you have to do is just slant a wr.

im going to give this a try. i hope it works welll against the run.
