| If you are interested in becoming a head moderator, just reply to this thread with some information like why you think you would make a head mod/ experience with websites/ that kinda stuff. If no one really stands out for this position, then we will continue on with the head moderators we have currently. If you apply you must be willing to:
1. stay active (come on and make a few posts each day)
2. recruit new members
3. clean up other people's spam posts | |

| I'm interested as well, I run my own site on the same host/software (purehiphop), I mod, talkbasket.net, and I used to be a reviewer, aka, told people how to run their sites better on the largest administration site I know of, theadminzone.com.
I come on every day, because I have lots of time on my hands, I type well.
And although my record's not the best I'm a decent madden player.
But I'd be happy if bigbuddah got it, he's been here a long time and he's a good poster. | |

I have always wanted to have the oppertuneity to keep the forums clean because i cant stand when people post things in the wrong spot. I also have as one of my quick messages on madden to visit this site if you need help improving your game. | |

| Update on how this will work: This next week or two will essentially be an open audition for head moderator. We are looking to take a couple head moderators. This is how it will work:
1. If you are interested in becoming a head moderator you MUST send me a private message with ONE person who you think deserves to be head moderator,you can not vote for yourself. This will not only show your dedication to the site, but also your thinking ability which is a big part of being a head mod. one head moderator will be selected based on your votes. Now i stress again that this is a mental test also. So if you are interested in being a head mod i need a pm from you with a name of who you think is the best candidate (other than yourself) for head moderator.
2. the administrators and current head moderators will choose a head mod
3. all members will be allowed to vote for who they think should be a head moderator, so pm me if you are a member and want to acknowledge someone whose posts or who has persnally helped you.
some lower moderator postitions may be given out too.
remember, this next week is an open audition so be active and helpful
As we are growing with more members and more posts daily, we need more moderators so even if you don't get selected this time around, show you desrve for next time | |

with all of the admin experience and running leagues PHP and graphics and web development experience i have added to my history with gaming... i thought i would be a good fit for this until i got to the last post...
