minnesota 4-4 help

how would u guys set up Minnesota in the 4-4...

They aren't meant for a 4-4. They don't even have 3 good backers, they only have 2, why would you use a 4-4? Use a 4-6.

Cb2- Allen

LOLB- Allen
MLB- Henderson
ROLB- Greenway

Put Leber where Allen is

im gonna have to agree with ant you can run it but its not there strenght, they dont have quality depth at LB so i wouldn't go 4-4 with them, i mean you can but if you get stuck on the field along time with them i dont see good things happening, i like to have good spell guys with the 4-4, if your really set on it though i would just go:

LE- ray edwards
RE- jared allen
DT's- pat and kevin williams
LOLB- ben leber
MLB's- jasper brinkley and EJ henderson
ROLB- chad greenway
CB's- antoine winfield and cedric griffin
FS- tyrell johnson

*rotate your guys so they stay fresh, allen has to get some snaps as does erin henderson. with them you gotta keep them fresh cuz they dont have quality depth at some key positions.

Ok i just looked and there 4-4 is very lackluster but this set up is decent, at least for me anyways.

RE-B.Leber (He drops in coverage and it's nice to have at least 1 LB on the line in any 4-4.)

the thing about the 4-4 is that its symmetrical so if i need to flip it it still looks the same, thats why i like interchangable DE's and OLB's on both sides of the formation, i like an even look for my 4-4 scheme cuz that way i can bring heat from one side and not worry about coverage on the other then, flip it and still not have to worry, both my DE's drop so having guys like cole, abiamiri, fokou, and gocong that can play DE and drop as coverage guys is real nice it all really depends on your scheme and how you utilize your players though.
