Madden Vault subscription

Correct me if this is the wrong place to ask please. I signed up for Madden Vault last Sunday and paid for a 1 month subscription, and I immediately sent the email with my Paypal purchase number. I have received absolutely no response...

Is this normal? Its a bit frustrating and I really hope I have not been conned... I did not send the email using the same email account linked to my Paypal address, could this be a problem? Or does it just take a long time...

Make sure you check your spam folder, also make sure your checking it with the email you payed it with. Any other questions can be sent to products@maddenvault.com

Checked spam folder, it is not in there. I will send a second email with the address I paid with...

I see it says that the account is updated within 24 hours, is it automated or is someone actually checking? Because its a bit frustrating.

Hey Mod I have to say I'm not impressed with the fact that there is only like 5 defensive plays I was execepted more from the madden vault.

We focus mainly on offense in the madden vault but if the people want defense, the next update will be defense.

I signed up and paid for the vault earlier this morning and then signed up for this website shortly after. I have received a confirmation from the this site about my sign-up but nothing about the vault, any help?

the vault has stopped updating for madden 10 but there is still some very good info in there

there is a TON of helpful information on there. complete schemes, general tips, plays, nanos, it can definitely help even the most experienced madden players.

unfortunately, as Madden 10 has run its course, MV is no longer being regularly updated until Madden 11 is released. During the next year expect to see even more information in the vault.

if you are still interested in quality Madden 10 information, you can subscribe for one month and get full access of our database. you can subscribe for a longer period of time if you feel the need, but their will be no new information until at least late August.
