Nickel Odd Split Nanos

Im having trouble blitzing out of odd split..the zones are GREAT,but i cant seem to get much pressure..i know i could just call middle blitz reblitz the 2 linebackers and put them in a gap,but anyone could do that and beat it..so im wondering if anyone knows of any good ones

I run odd split all game almost. Love it.

i saved these from somwhere, can't remember where though...lol
i use the cover 2 setup sometimes. haven't tried the cover 3 but im sure it works the same. storm red can get pressure if setup in time. flats are very open though..

Nickel Oddsplit: Cover 3 Blitz
spread D-Line out
blitz all Lbs + move inside
blitz DTs
(optional) hot route the lb's on the line into hook zones

Nickel Oddsplit: Cover 2 Blitz
spread D-Line out
back up Defense + shade safeties n corners outside (triangle + r stick Up)
globally blitz Lbs & manually blitz the dt's
hot route the lbs on the line into hook zones
move blitzing lbs into A gaps


Nickel Odd Split: Storm Red
1. BNR
2. Spread LB
3. Put MLB on LT and Blitz
4. Put Left Blitzing Corner in Left B Gap
5. Put Right Blitzing Corner in Right C Gap

Nickel Odd Split-Thunder Green

1. BNR
2. Reblitz both DTs
3. Reblitz RILB and put in A gap
4. Reblitz LILB and put outside of stand up DE on L

Practice this. I love it!

Monster Blitz:
1. Put blitzing safety on left of screen in some other zone or man em up.
2. Re blitz both Dt's and lb's and put the LB'S btw the Dt's

Also done with middle blitz without dong anything to anyone but the dt's and lb's.... Then bump and run.... Manually align your d on their guys

those seem like really good plays and I also like the bltzes already in those packages...If you show blitz a lot of the time a guy will get through quick, So i throw some people into zones

I've been literally running this since before the game was out (literally, i had it 1 week before official release)

I know this formation inside out to nanos to fag d to combos of both.
