nano out of the 3-4

hey wuts good everyone... Kinda new to the board and im tryna get my game up ya digg?? My question is wut form of the 3-4 do you guys think is the easiest to run the nano out of... personal preference? Plays would also be appreciated...

i have one out of 3-4 over. thats the formation i stick to cause you can do alot and bring some heat from alot of different sides

my favorite one the works pretty good is 3-4 solid (gap press)
my setup:

1) re-blitz DE on left side on screen
2) re-blitz ILB on left side and place him between the re-blitzed DE and the DT
3) either drop the 2 outside guys in coverage for PA and get the blitz off the corner
4) i user control the safety thats man on the HB cuz he is the primary PA guy or i use the OLB im coming off the edge with
