Yeah youtube is a good resource to check out.

But its when your receiver jumps up and catches a ball instead of waiting for the ball to reach him. Essentially he is going up and getting it and not allowing the defender to make a play on the ball. Use top tier receivers to get the best results (Moss, A.Johnson, Fitzgerald, R. Wayne, B.Marshall, R.White).

The simplest answer is to practice. The method is to throw a bullet pass towards the sideline, manually control your receiver, get into a position and use the right analog stick to win position and make the catch. Check out youtube, theres a great video by Clutchxzilla and he does a great job of breaking it down.
