hb direct snap

Alright so I just played two people back to back that ran the hb direct snap almost exclusively, Does anyone know of a way to stop it and still protect yourself from the pass? Thanks for the help

If you can find that out let me know haha. For some reason I get every asshole that does that. I don't blitz because if he motions the slot receiver over everyone gets blocked and then there's no one but the safety left to tackle him. I sometimes like to do outside contain on the DE on the side hes running to and then blitz the MLB on that side straight down. That works sometimes but if he's really good at it he'll find a way around it.

put the DE in a contain. Blitz 1 or 2 LB by that side. put a DT in QB Spy. Take other DE and manual with him.

I am able to limit it to 3 to4 yards. I do the 46 normal safe play...shift the line strong side,then blitz the lb and put him in between the tackle and the end....Then i take the strong safety and assign him to manually play the the running back, then move him out wide next to the strong side corner back ( this sometimes prevents them from bouncing it outside). The problem with this d is i get torched by the pass....This is so annoying..EA should take it out the game or make it less effective like they recently did with the slants out the back field.

There should be random...bad snaps with this play...to make it more realistic..I would love it if sometimes the center sent the ball 10 yards down the field.

you also gotta watch. Usually guys have either the FL Screen or the Direct in their audibles and like to run that all the way down the field. I usually run a cover 1 robber, overload the direct side, blitz the OLB on that side, and contain the other DE and manually control the SS.

I use the Colts so Bob Sanders lays the wood every time. But I've luckily only played one guy who exclusively ran it, the lil f@g
