wait, i dont get it. what were they using that was copyrighted?

The words "Madden," "Madden NFL," using the game for commercial use and other stuff.

HAHAHA the word madden is some ones last name, you cant copyright that. Anybody can use the word madden if they wanted to, they didnt come up with the word, so they didnt patten it, so its free of use.

Yea but its not Madden the name, its Madden the game. They can be proven to be two totally seperate things

When you think about madden school did just sort of take madden's name and start selling products under their name, and I know its illegal to profit off of using someone elses name. So idk, maybe madden school might need to rename.

is there any websites that dont have madden in their name?? or shall i say and GOOD websites witout madden in the name??? they need to stop bein bitches.. they dont give 1 **** bout the madden community.. all they care bout is the money and if they ruin all this u better believe madden will die out..
