How to QB option

Hey does anyone know how to keep the ball with the QB on QB options. If you don't know what a QB option is, it's when you're in shotgun and hand the ball off to the HB and theres an arrow for your QB to keep running if you want ot fake it to the HB. But this year I can't seem to figure out how to keep the ball.

Any help?

it depends...when u say option do u mean qb choice...if so on some u just hike it and if u want the qb to take it dont click anything and then there some where if you want him to keep it u click x/a but hold it...try that
