46 normal nano?

i am looking for a nano from the 46? is there one that is actually worth running to mix up in my defense?

4-6 normal, inside blitz. This is posted somewhere here on this site. put both of your blitzing LB's between the DT's and reblitz them. I spread my d-line out too.

Also, a good scheme to use is come out in Cover 2 and put your LB's in the same spot (between the 2 DT's)but don't blitz them and make your opponent think you are blitzing. Sometimes they will try to try pass fast to the flat and you will have a corner waiting there. I had gotten several pick 6's that way.
