How to stop being disconnected the losses are killing me

It started out as one or two games but then it happens every night disconnect losses i bought a new ethernet cable it helped for like two days then it happend agian its always at night though if i play during the day its usally fine but i work 2nd shift so go figure just wondering whats up i can play other games fairly well but i was wondering if i need my internet service looked at. 12 of my 20 losses are disconnects my record should be 40- 8 but im 40 - 20 because of this garbage

Who is your net provider through? I used direct TV a few years back and couldn't game online to save my life. I use Comcast and it's been great overall for me. going wireless as expected is an issue sometimes. Also, if your actual computer is eating up alot of bandwidth(I.E. downloading, watching alot of youtube videos) will cause that as well.
