new online: 7min quarters

i just played a game and the quarters for a ranked game are 7 minutes now.

a!!!!! i herd that too...is it true???????? you have 7minute's quarter's now???

i dont think the patch for the 360 came out yet

Yes, its true online ranked gms are now 7min quarters.

You can still play ranked games at 5 minutes tho,you just have to create the session.

I wonder if anyone wlll want to play 5min quarters anymore or jst play the 7min ones.

yea same i really want these xtra min to be able to run an offense and not worry bout the time

i'd like the 7 min quarters... i often figure out how to stop someones gimmick play but need more time to get the win, i should start winning more games with 7 min qtr

I wish they were 10 minutes. I noticed they are now 7 too. Made it a bit more fun.

this is going to be great for matches, if i get down by 21 in the first half i feel like i can actually comeback. it will feel like real football again

7 min doesnt seem nothing like 5 mins. It took me about 30-35 mins to finish a game. Now it take like an hour. Llike I said its way too long, IMO. I like to play 2-4 games a day which=about an hour to two 1/2 hours of Madden. The only good thing about the 7 min qrts IMO is if you are getting yo ass beat by 21 then you still have a realistic chance of coming back.
