I use both of these Nanos but different( and easier ) set ups.
for INside blitz, Bump 'n' Run. Reblitz both DTs and reblitz the OLB that is in between the DTs. He'll shoot the gap and go unblocked if the opponent is not keeping a RB in to block on that side of the inside blitz. If you see the RB on the right side of the screen, flip the play at the LOS and do the same set up. With a great Secondary and fast Lbs, this nano is one of the best. I probably use this 50% of the game.
As for the bear Sam Snake. There is a much easier set up. All you have to do is pinch the D-line and blitz the lone safety( who's covering deep blue) down inbetween any of the D lineman. I usually place the safety as far away from the RB, so the RB cant make the block in time. Bump and Run is optional( I use it every time with this nano.)
