First off, i love this formation. I usually sub peppers in as a linebacker. It leaves the opponet guessing as to whos dropping back and whos blitzing.
Take one of your MLBs and put him on the left side of the DT( make sure he is kinda behind the DT) Put your other MLB on the other side of the DT just on the line. ( this way he hits the line first a frees up your other MLB.
There is an OLB blitzing from the right you can user as him or put him as flat or contain. I use contain to stop the screen.
