Open Moderator Position

We are continuing to grow and some of our current moderators and myself have had some issues come up and can't be on as much as they used to be.

There is a need for 1 maybe 2 more moderators. The next week or 2 will essentially be an open tryout for anyone interested in becoming a person of responsibility in our madden community.

We don't do this process like other websites that ask for an application. We don't care about how good you are on madden, the people you know, or even how big your dick is. All we care about are 2 things:

1. Are you responsible enough to run events
2. Are you dedicated to making madden school the best madden website on the net.
(recruiting and posts)
If you can prove those 2 things, you will be a moderator for madden school.

It has been almost 5 months since we have had an open mod position on here and it will be a while for another position to open up, so if you are interested make it happen.

If no one proves to be worthy, we will go on with the people we have, but we are looking to add some help.

1. I am responsible to run events.
2. I am dedicated to making Madden-School the best Madden website on the net.

I'd be up to fulfilling this postion. Ive always had an intrest in running events here and the School and Ive expressed these to you before but if I had a Higher postion of importance I feel I could run weekly tournaments and help the site grow. Ive been with the site for over 9 months and will continue to be a part of MS. I love it and I hope i can become a factor to helping the site and making this the best... wait it is the best site haha, so ill work to continue to prove MS is the #1 site out there.

I think i should be a mod. i am the best on the site at madden. i know dynasty and young neph. and i have a foot long penis. hahaha jk but i really wanna run for mod i am on the site as much as possible i recruit all the people i play and i try to post helpful advice and stuff.

Well, I am. I run a music website that gets hundreds of views a day, I've ran tournaments on MS, I've ran other sites and s***.

and I run the state of michigan (wooord lol.)

2. Are you dedicated to making madden school the best madden website on the net.

Well I'm not now, but I could be. I'm not now because I never had a reason to. But I mean if I was a mod that'd be a reason too, so I'd make ms dope.

Pretty much everyone on this site likes me, or at least doesn't hate me. I've never done anything bad to the site, and I'm on a lot.

but for real, i will be voting for the person that REPRESENTS US THE BEST. a lot of people are on here every day, a lot of those people are helpful, and a lot of those people could be good moderators.... but we need someone who hardly ever acts like a fool, can always have presence of mind to make patient decision (don't just ban people because you don't like em), and someone who is a generally helpful and nice person. of course, this person will also have to make the time to take care of MS responsibilities when they come up.

to add onto wat my boi eazy said man. wat we are loking for is someone who goes all out for MS. wen u look at who we have now for mods and admins we make videos, put out our schemes, post everyday, run events like tournaments and such, answer all questions ppl have, eazy to talk to.

the main problem we are having is keeping this fresh on here. fresh vids, fresh tips, fresh events, fresh products. its the same ppl coming up with things and we need everyone to step up wether your a mod or not. wen u look at wat our mods due here ask yourself WAT DO U BRING TO THE TABLE? my vote goes to any1 that shows innitiative in runnin events, someone that brings more to the table than jus activness such as videos recruiting and ideas that they are willing to carry out regardless if u fail the first time.

bolded part is essentially what i do on here

but as far as giving tips and creating ebooks i would honestly be all for it and giving my stuff out

but i like to get paid so um....less likely to happen lol

of course all u gotta do is bow down to me and ull get ur tips

haha i actually do a s*** ton more than just league and crews. i usually can't sign on MS without having to help a dozen people with information, thats the brunt of my talent here... customer service.

Its very important to get along with people and help them with even the smallest problem.

I usually log on and have to email someone there password or username because they forget.

well s***, you can have that job now. not a mod position, but if you continually and consistently wrote tips for us, we would make you MS Staff as a writer. i dont know if you'd be compensated, maybe you would, with like free eBooks or something.

Yeah a staff writer is different from.a mod spot but tips are very important and can boost your status on here if ur consistant

this is key! i am cool with everyone that is cool with me....LOL! seriously though....i try to help everyone who asks and i have also PM a few cats Offensive and Defensive plays. i haven't posted many tips as such...but i have quite a few that i can. i just been tied up with work lately (i.e. i just got back to VA from Colorado due to business).
