Cover the flats and Middle...

Man my friend has been destroying me. He plays as the Chargers, Shotguns out, has LT and Sproles do wheelroutes to the flats and Gates/Chambers/Jackson all do Drags/Slants. I have tried a lot to cover this and i just can't find the right coverage for this. My only chance is usering the flats and stuffing LT as he gets it. Usually he'll see that and duck it out 12-20 yrds to gates.

I run the NE playbook, mostly in the 1-5-5. Any good coverages against this would be helpful. I have played a couple others online who did something similar, but not as effective against me, with the Cards and Eagles. I will switch my playbook and leave my current bread and butter Nanos to start getting some real coverage going to protect the middle/flats.
