Raiders D?????

I normaly run the 3-4 on D (only 2 or 3 nanos, im good with that D) and i play with the chargers. i played this kid who was the raiders and his D shut me down almost 100%. a crazy good bump n run and some really good outside heat.
i figured id give them a try and i won the game pretty easily (30-6) but my D wasnt really that impressive. so is there any playbook/ plays i should be running to take advantage of all that speed?

Sounds like it wasnt his defense as much as it was what you were doing on offense.

it was like the perfect combo. it seemed like my WR couldnt get off the jam at all and by the time they did the heat would be there. i played the niners and his WR were just going around the jam like it was nothing

is there a certin way to beat the jam that im missing??
