This has happened to me a few times and at least every other game or so my oppenent does it also. it basically happens right after a play has been whistled dead and i need to change the depth chart. i access the menu to fast and out of habit, i pick the top choice thinking its depth chart when its actually challenge play. i've burned too many timeouts cause of my negligence...lol! i dont do it anymore and laugh when my oppenent does it. just wondering if anyone has done the same.

I don't do it. My cousin does this a lot though. If he comes over we usually play games online. Either he gets Defense or Offense or vice versa. Well he has done it a lot of times and I just give him "the look" that parents give their kids when they know they just f--ked up. I thought he was the only one but I guess he isn't. Next time I'll just laugh instead of giving him the look. HA!

Same thing happened to me alot initially. I have since slowed down when I pause or change depth chart beforehand.

yea i have to enter the menu and change the selections slowly. heck, even the coin toss. i once tried to select kick and over shot it and chose to defend a side instead... have you ever challenged a call when trying to get to depth chart? Lol
