Is it me or the smart routes are not there this year???

I am on 360 and last year you could do the smart route but this year it doesn't appear to be there or not the same setup.

Say you audible your receiver to do a slant route in or out. Naturally they slant off the line, but the smart route, the receiver runs to the first down line and then slants in or out. This was very effective for me last year. It works on the curl route but for some reason I can't get it to work on the slant route.

it only works on certain routes

naw it sucks this year. cuz i use to be able to smart route as soon as you came out of the huddle and then you could get different distances for your routes, but now you can only get it from the LOS to the first down marker... and yeah only on certain routes.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. It's really limited.
