Trying to use calvin lol anyone got any good plays with him or smith

Motion the B or far left reciever make your A reciever do a streak and send the TE on a slant over the middle
when you motion them hike it before they are set so you get an extra step on the defender if they arent covering flats you can flip it to him right off the bat if not the TE should be open.

im embarrassed to admit it but i got murdered today by the lions while playing with my dolphins. the guy was able to hit calvin johnson a few times for long gains. both were play action passes. he did not have much success with kevin smith though

the lions in 10 are not that bad there offense is ok but there defense is what will lose games

Any play action plays with calvin johnson running a streak. Speed Kills in Madden 2010 The blue one is the defense, calvin johnson is the red one

I am currently in my 5th season with the lions in an offline franchise, and a money play that i run to calvin is either the Mesh or the Z-spot play out of the offset pro (i think thats the formation). on the mesh with calvin going in motion then dragging across will lead to a wide open sideline if u can hang in there till he makes it to your left side. a good check down on that and the z-spot play as well is your FB coming out of the backfield. if it is man, again, and u cant wait to toss it, your FB will be wide open. i started putting a speedy back in as the FB for that play and ended up with like 320 recieving yards with just that one HB. on the goal line ill leave my Fb in and if i check down to him the small corner that could be lurking wont stop you in most cases.

-note- I am in my 5th season so my depth chart has changed dramatically so i cant promise the same effects with the standart Depth chart, but the fundamentals are sound and as long as you can complete the pass its a money gain!

could you make sure that is the formation. umm you play all madden? or all pro. so put backup rb for lions at fb and smith at rb and just throw to calvin on mesh?

basically, and i play on all pro. Calvin will cross to the left, the RB in at the FB position isnt necessary but gives you a check down pass with a chance to break it. the FB will be flaring out to the right, and calvin crosses left.
