new Kickoff Glitch?

I just played a guy using the Falcons and i was beating him by 2 TDs so after i scored a TD and I kicked it off he let it bounce out of bounds and I noticed the marker said he was on my 30 yd line.

So the next play he was on my 30 even though it shuldve been on his own 20 because it was supposed to be a touchback.

I was just letting the community know and was wondering just how was this done and how he did it

It has happened once to me before.. i dont think you can do it on purpose idk though

Ok because it totally baffled me when i first saw it happen because you are imediately in Kickoff range and can be kinda useful

It happens when the ball bounces and hits the fg post.. It was in madden 09 too.. Don't kickoff straight down the middle and it won't happen..

ohhh ok makes sense cuz i use scifres as my KOS and he can kick it pretty far and bounce it towards the Post
