cant stop deep fork out of gun trips te need help

im in a league and this guy in the league runs this all the time. he rolls out with mcnabb and hit one of the blue routes please help. i stop this play and he got no chance against me. the play is gun trips te deep fork. far left reciever runs a post, middle receiver run a curl, inside reciever runs a post, te on the other side of the field runs a slant out(blue route), and back runs a curl (blue route)

contain DEs so he cant scramble. pick a play where the corner on the side of the TE is in a flat zone but not cover 2 or the post will kill you this will shut down the TE blue route for 3 yrds. btw the TE is running a flat route not a slant out. cover the RB hook delay manually.
