its about damn time. and 2 u guys who think its a dumb move need 2 get ur head out of ur asses. garcia wanted 2 b starter and was not happy as a backup. garcia is 39 he will only help in the short term and we would b taking a step back as a team and in russells development if we were 2 play garcia over russell. 2 the guys who said garcia would start over russell by week 5 hahahahahaha
