The Format:
-Single Elimination
-Random Generated Seeding

Gameplay:
-Unranked: 4-minutes ALL-PRO quarters
-Weapons ON
-No Defense on Offense.
-Onside Kicks are allowed only if you are losing in the 4th.
-Team Selection: post who you would like on the 09 Tourny sign ups

Banned:
-WR Double Pass-HB Pass
-Fake Screen Wheel
