Kicking field goals

Whats the best way to stop a field goal from being blocked? Ive had field goals blocked at crucial points in the game and i was just wondering if anybody had any tips

1. Kick with the most power you can get everytime.
2. Aim high (be careful because too high will shorten the kick).

i've found that aiming all the way down does not even lengthen the kick. i choose to simply leave it exactly where it is and try to get full kick power.

aiming all the way down definitely causes the kick to go farther... u can kick an extra 5 yards which is a lot when u think about it

Yea idk what some of you are talking about but lowering the arrow all the way down lets you kick as far as possible, and if you are kicking an extra point and are worried about it being blocked, kick it with the least amount of power. That used to stop people from blocking it in 09.

In one of my recent games I was the Ravens, I used Figurs to run between the DT and LE, I did it at the perfect time, he got through, I pressed Y and he jumped up to block the kick. But since then I've had no success doing it again, but here and there you can block FGs.

I aim high if I'm within the 40 or less works for me
