There is no "Best Play". Certain plays work at certain times..... You have to know how to be original, if you use the same play all the time your opponent will start to read it and stuff you for a big loss.

If you are using the Giants then take advantage of their strengths, you have a great QB, decent WRs and TE, and the best trucking/strength RB in the game. Mix up your offense with Jacobs runs and for deep plays just have Eli in the shotgun. Practice out some plays in practice mode to get the timing down and see what works for you.

To be honest... I only run 5 main plays. I am never the best in Madden cuz i always play people my own skill lol.. but i never get blown out. I run 5 main plays with about 10 fillers. i am 61-20 with an avg opponent of lvl 10.

Watch your team constantly, and study. Then be original and think like your team. That's what's best, IMO.
