I'm at work right now and cant tell you really which play it is but its a nano I made myself which covers the flats and man coverage just incase you decide to blitz as they call a screen pass.
Your Safties are in man coverage with the WR as well as your corners. Which ever side the HB is (if he is in shotgun formation) have your DE to cover the flats and press coverage. Slide your d-line to the side of the halfback so the DE can cover the flats quicker. Blitz the outside LB opposite of running back and the middle LB behind the NT and the other middle LB you can blitz also(which is more effecient, or you can zone him in the middle of the field for better pass defense. But if your going to blitz him have him blitz next to your other middle LB. (You get instant pressure on the Qb).
Now if you zone him, you still get pressure, not as quick, sometimes it doesnt work, sometimes it does depends how there positioning the o_line. But I am getting 3-4 sacks a game, with 1-2-3 INT a game. I'm 25-10 since making up this nano.
Also one more thing. You want one of your LB man to man with a TE.
But I usually get to the QB quick and hit him as he throws, get a few picks a game this way.
You can add me BooKouTz and we can lab some new nanos as well.
