can't stop the run or passes to the flats

i am 0-7 but every game have lost i have lost by a touchdown or less in the 4th quarter. I play as the bears. I have trouble stopping the run and passes on the flat to a hb. I play good pass coverage but when i am tied my opponent always seems to throw short to a hb or wr and they run along the sidelines basically untouched for a touchdown. my corner always gets blocked and the other wr always block either my lb or ss. Please i need to stop this with the bears playbook. please post ur ideas
