Flipping an onside kick

listen i have asked everyone online and i haven't got an answer yet, how can i flip an onside kick? either totally change my hands coverage team to the right side of the field. or keep my hands team on the default side (left side of field) and just kick the ball to the opposite side where its just 1 on 1 and better odds? I've seen this in a real game so i know its legal just don't know if its in the game and if it is how to do it?

i don't think this is possible, since you can just kick the ball by placing where you want and the power. a good suggestion, though. i think, if this was in the game, it would be exploited heavily.
