i only know of buying them... the best ones are from here... these guys do a great job, the new 46 ebook is great.

Madden School has a 46 ebook out, other places have others.

you know, at first I didnt mind people "trading" ebooks, because ours have a full-proof security system that ensures only the purchaser can use it.... but now, im starting to get annoyed that you're giving out other people's work.
