4-3 Normal Mid Rush
a) Blitz the DT doing a zone
Place the blitzing LB right between the DE and DT, place him slightly
closer to the DE
c) After the snap, you just blitz.
This brings a lot of pressure on the right side especially is you have a fast LB and DE.
This is great to throw a blitz on your opponent, now and then, brings great heat, just
be careful of the flats.

4-3 over Lb dogs - shift the line right and loop them out

4-3 over SS blitz shift
a) Shift the line right
Move the SS behind the DT
