PostSubject: New to the Boards   New to the Boards Empty2009-08-26, 11:03

Ive been reading some of the older postes, and im not getting a few things of what people are saying.
If someone could explaine this to me it would be greatful thank you.

1. What does Nano stand for.
2.Some people have different views about this, one guy was saying Nano, blitizing was cheap as hell and s***, one guy was saying it was perfectly fine. Which is it?
3.If it is that cheap is it able to be countered?
4.How would i be able to notice this nano b4 the snap if its coming.
5.Is nano only for defense or is it both sides of the ball?

A nano is a blitz were one or more players get to the QB or RB untouched. I personally don't use nanos, i prefer real D. But some people insist it is just part of the game. Depending on the nano there are different ways to counter it as in dishing it off quickly on a screen or snapping the ball quickly. It is hard to notice but if they are doing it alot then expect it obviously... And it is only a defensive play.

I hope i answered all the questions dude...

a way to notice a nano is if your opponent is quickly scrolling through all the player and if he shifts the line. then, if you notice he's shifting through linebackers or safeties, and placing them in-between certain members of the D-line, it's probably a nano blitz, so snap the ball quick and be ready to pass as quick as you can. be careful though, because if your opponent has already done a couple nanos, they could just set-up like one is coming, then drop back into coverage.

1. nano = pressure on the QB in a nano second.

2. nano every down = gay.

3. yes, the nano can be countered.

4. opponent moving players around and bringing them close to the line.

5. a nano blitz is done on defense.
